Les Riley President of Personhood Alliance
Mr. Riley became president of the Personhood Alliance in August of 2020. He has been involved in grassroots activism and ministry since 1991 and is an advocate for Christian adoption, foster care, and community charity. He has served as VP of the Personhood Alliance, president of Personhood Mississippi, and director of the Morning Center in Memphis, TN.
Matt Sande Vice President of Personhood Alliance
A 1991 political science graduate from the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Sande has directly participated in the political process
for over 20 years. His areas of expertise are lobbying, personhood legislation,
conscience rights, reproductive technology, embryo-destructive research,
and end-of-life issues. He currently serves as the Legislative Director at Pro-Life Wisconsin.
Gualberto Garcia Jones, Esq. Legal counsel of Personhood Alliance
Mr. Garcia Jones served as president of the Personhood Alliance from
December, 2018, to August, 2020. A licensed attorney, he began his pro-life activism while in college and has been involved in the personhood movement in several states since 2004. He currently serves as VP at LifeSiteNews and works internationally to defend the right to life, particularly in Latin American countries.

Ms. Wilson has served as Executive Director of Georgia Right to Life and
has been a key advocate for personhood in Georgia and across the
nation.
Sarah Quale President of Personhood Education
Mrs. Quale is an award-winning curriculum and instructional designer with over 20 years of design, development, and teaching experience in corporate, academic, and ministerial environments. She is also the founder of Educe® online learning and author of the Foundations online pro-life curriculum.
Deborah Stilt Vice President of Personhood Education
Deborah earned her Master’s in Education from Azusa Pacific University and spent her early career as a public school teacher before transitioning into non-profit work at Save the Children Federation. She and her husband are long-time foster parents, and were blessed to bring her foster son permanently into their family through adoption.
Dawn Eskew Secretary of Personhood Education
Mrs. Eskew is the founder of Personhood New York and Personhood Education New York, as well as the organizer of the annual International Gift of Life Walk – NYC and the Bringing America Back to Life – New York conference.
Molly Smith President Emeritus of Personhood Education
Mrs. Smith is a syndicated radio host and was an original founding member of Personhood Education. Mrs. Smith has been active in the pro-life movement for over 30 years. She has served as executive director of Cleveland Right to Life for more than a decade and is a board member of the Right to Life Action Coalition of Ohio.
Dan Becker President Emeritus of Personhood Alliance
Mr. Becker is a founding member and was the first president of the Personhood Alliance. He has been a social entrepreneur for several decades and involved in the right-to-life movement since 1979. He has been a steadfast proponent of personhood across the world and has written two books on it.
The Personhood Alliance Board of Directors
The Personhood Alliance is governed by a board of directors composed of the officers and a representative of every state affiliate and at-large organization. Currently, the Personhood Alliance has state affiliates in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin. The alliance’s at-large affiliate organizations include Educe® online learning and Love Louder.
