Personhood Alliance welcomes 3 more affiliates, continuing its rapid growth

Contact: Gualberto Garcia Jones, Esq., President, Personhood Alliance, (202) 888-6333
The Personhood Alliance board of directors has approved three new affiliate applications in Arizona, Colorado, and Maryland, bringing the number of its affiliate organizations to 22. Five more applications are currently under consideration. “We are experiencing incredible growth in the alliance right now, as Christians across the country are responding to the common-sense principles of personhood,” says Personhood Alliance president Gualberto Garcia Jones, Esq. “The Personhood Alliance is growing because of our biblical no-exceptions stance on the sanctity of human life and our principled political strategies that directly oppose the deadly compromises both parties want to see the pro-life grassroots make,” says Jones. “We should not and will not compromise on the inalienable, God-given right to life that all humans possess.” As the Personhood Alliance rapidly expands, notes Jones, the diversity of its affiliate organizations is expanding as well.
Goergia Kijesky is the leader of Personhood Maryland, a local community activist, and homeschool mom of five. “My organization will focus on educating my community on the dignity of every human life, at every stage of development, from the moment of conception until natural death,” says Kijesky. “I plan to engage in local and state-level activism that preserves and defends the Family and Christianity—both of which are being heavily persecuted here in Maryland. I joined the Personhood Alliance to connect with other like-minded, God-fearing individuals who want to push back against the raging culture of death.”
Personhood Colorado leader Rosalinda Lozano will focus her organization’s efforts on the special needs community, as she is assisting in raising her special-needs grandchild. “I am humbled to represent the voiceless and marginalized, the pre-born, and those in our Colorado community with physical and mental disabilities. My advocacy efforts will focus on local activism and education,” says Lozano. “I look forward to the challenges in front of me and thank God for this opportunity.”
Matt Northway, a U.S. Navy Reservist and recent college graduate, is the leader of Personhood Arizona, an organization focused on advancing legal personhood at the local and state levels. “It is a tremendous honor for Personhood Arizona to become an affiliate of Personhood Alliance,” says Northway. “Now is the time to apply common-sense, natural-law principles across our nation, and I look forward to working with Personhood Alliance and local pro-life leaders to ensure the weak and vulnerable are truly defended in the great state of Arizona.”
The Personhood Alliance is a confederation of independent pro-life organizations who pursue personhood as the essential strategy for restoring legal protections for every human being—without exception, from conception to natural death—and who want to activate their churches and communities to uphold the sanctity of human life.
